Tierra Madre Coffee by Santa Ana based Corazon Coffee. Originating from the Tenejapa region of Chiapas, located in the central highlands. Farming & processing at the station is led by a local cooperative called "Kulatik" made up of 150 small lot farmers who are all native Zotzil or Mayan decendents. This Tenejapa is a blend of local varientals: bourbon, typical and caturra.
