In-Store Pickup
At Collective2one9 we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and flexible as possible. Our in-store pickup option is designed to offer you convenience and speed when shopping with us. Below are the details to help you understand how in-store pickup works
How It Works:
1. Place Your Order: Shop online and select the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout. Choose the store location where you’d like to pick up your order.
2. Confirmation Email: You’ll receive an email confirming your order, and a follow-up email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the ‘Ready for Pickup’ email before heading to the store.
3. Pickup Window: Once you receive the ‘Ready for Pickup’ email, your order will be held for 7 days to ensure you have ample time to collect it.
Parking:
Weekdays: Free parking is available in the adjacent parking structure on N Spurgeon St accessible from 4th and 5th St during the week.
Weekends: Metered parking in front of the store and in the adjacent parking structure is available for a fee.
Picking Up Your Order:
- Identification Required: Please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your items.
- Order Verification: Ensure your order number matches the one provided in your email. This helps us locate your purchase quickly.
- Authorized Pickup: If someone else is picking up your order, please add their name during checkout or contact our store with their details.

Tues-Thurs: Noon-7pm
Fri: Noon-8pm
Sat: 11am-8pm
Sun: 10am - 6pm
Mon: Closed
